Regardless, this talk made me realize that I can make all my real estate dream into a reality if I continue learning and networking with other and "let my passion for real estate shine through."

For years now, me and my wife have always had the dream of owning rental propertie(s).

The twist is that I want to design the house to eventually be my dream home 5-10 years down the line.

I’ve learned so much from this community that I had to share my little bit of success with everyone on here that dreams of taking just a bite out of this real estate apple.

(I am dreaming of getting space with no money down or free / almost free rent) - please help with some creative juice... :)

When I sell land, my guess is 90% of the calls I get are from people who have a dream, but no cash, so not ever call will generate a sale.There are plenty of people who should sell, so the opportunity is there, if you can negotiate the right prices, perhaps owner financing with less down payment, and have good marketing to resale.One idea is to house hack where you are....buy a small house and rent the bedrooms to your friends and schoolmates. 

I dream goal is to start a real estate company that will dominate the ATL/GA market and have more than 100 units by the time I’m 30.

That is my personal dream!
