Hosting someone on Airbnb vs. renting to someone is a distinction without a difference in my mind.

Wholesaler, flipper or follow footsteps in the buy and hold segment?

I'll be moving to Houston end of the year, where I'll be investing in the multi family segment.

Once you identify this segment, determine what and where they rent today and buy similar properties.
