Basically, I had to practically give them a sample of my DNA and my first born, to even be considered.So, unless he's been a homeowner (and you know what mortgage lenders want, too, as far as documenting everything), he knows that what you are asking for is not out of line.Stick to your guns.  

My small management company currently has a few dozen units under control and even with this small sample size we are seeing the direct affects of local Philadelphia climate which through City Council and local news outlets seems to be begging tenants not to pay rent.

Hi, @Alex Cottman -- check your local legal bar association…they will sometimes have a sample lease landlords can use that incorporates the laws of your state.

That is why it is almost impossible to win such a case.Suppose you got such a sample and made a match.  

They took some samples in the house (several spots, one of them being the kitchen!)
