If your in it for the long haul, maybe consider getting your own little mgmt systems in place if possible but thats going to be dictated by your goals ,capacity, time etc

Different strategies dictate different neighborhoods (i.e. it would does not make sense to BRRR a house in lakeview as a rental, given you would not be able to cover a 75-80% LTV mortgage with the rents, given the high $/ft2 you would be forced to pay (upwards of $200/ft2).
