My score went down a little over 100+ points but it will bounce back once the credit cards are paid off.

Now I feel like prices here have bounced so much (we are at new record highs in the Denver Metro area) that it is time to slow down on the acquisition side and optimize the operations.

I grew up 20 min south, bounced around with the army had a few years on Long Island came back to B-lo to finish school and picked up our first property while I did that.

To start, I would like to house hack a duplex in my hometown of Exeter, NH on an FHA loan, re-finance after 12 months and bounce to another duplex on a new FHA, and so on repeatedly.
