Newbie in the Denver, CO area

Hey Bigger Pockets,

My name is Edward Higuera and I'm new to Bigger Pockets. I just graduated from college and I recently moved to Denver, CO to start a new job.

My experience in REI is limited. While I was in college I did "flip" oil and gas leases in Oklahoma successfully. The process was similar to wholesaling homes (i.e. I have experience sending direct mail and I have cold-called plenty). Now I would like to learn how to become a buy and hold investor.

I am interested in meeting other real estate investors and learning as much as I can. If you are an investor or newbie like myself in the Denver area, drop me a line, I'd love to chat.

-Ed
