And you ask to talk to the on duty planner.. show them the map.. then ask your questions.. they will then usually hand you the code for that zoning code that the parcel is in and you can read that.

For me personally, I focus on up and coming areas rather than the hot zip codes that people are flocking to so instead of #1-5 in growth areas, maybe 6-10 is more reasonable for you.

Part of the problem is that you bought it just as COVID hit and the rules were altered "temporarily" until I think April 2022 at least.
