While I have accumulated a portfolio of several properties in the Detroit suburbs (where I live), I have been focusing  more within the city as of late.

Obviously we do not know the extent of this cleanup, but if it is severely overgrown or has accumulation of trash, do you really want Tenant's children exposed to possible harm, in this day and age of no accountability?

I am interested in learning all I can about how to grow my business, including automation and capital accumulation.

Something else that I personally have been contemplating is that with all the debt that the govt has been accumulating; they’re going to need to do something at some point.

The tax treatment of the IRA is what it is, regardless of what the IRA is invested in, and the tax sheltering provided by the IRA can have significant long term wealth accumulation benefits.The better comparison is how will the IRA perform when invested in a choice of different assets?  

I've been using them on every door - probably a total of about 20 sets accumulated over the last 2 years.

The only issue I have the concept of bankruptcy is in my opinion it is an easy way out of paying the debts that we all have accumulated throughout the years.

I have deferred passive losses on multiple rental properties that have accumulated over the last several years (let’s say around $50K).

If not how could a business ever accumulate earnings for things like new equipment, office furniture, or real estate.
