Hello, my name is Joe Ausmus and I am a new community member here on Bigger Pockets. I am interested in learning all I can about how to grow my business, including automation and capital accumulation. I am currently working on sourcing my first deal and I would love to get any advice, as well as provide my services (selling/assigning equitable rights to purchase SFH at a deep discount). Wow thank you all for welcoming me to the community! It's great to have such a powerful resource for networking and education like this, especially being a new investor. I am actively marketing via direct mail campaigns in the Colorado Springs area for wholesale deals. I am targeting single family homes and in particular distressed properties. I also am constantly looking for leads in the Denver area, although my direct mail campaign is just in the Springs. Any advice you may have for me would be most appreciated, and I wish you all success in your real estate careers!
