The American Rule, correctly, actually states that:'Parties shall generally bear the costs of litigation, but may contract out of it or rely on statutes to impose costs'.Bottom line is, that is false and incorrect information.

In my experience, people who feel the need to claim fake service dog status, or to claim a false disability, usually have other issues going on that disqualify them as tenants, such as poor credit or eviction history.
