We might expand our search out to western Ma or even NH for cheaper places. 

Analyst has already begun to compare housing in Dubai with those in the UK & other western markets.

Tyler Bernhard with New Western Acquisitions in Houston is a great guy and should be able to give you some great advice.As for funding, a turn key rental is going to be close to retail value unless you can find a good deal.

This is a general question to anyone in BP community who has ever worked with New Western Acquisitions or their agents.

My wife and I have a property that we would like to start using as a short term rental in the Deep Creek Lake area in western MD. 

@Michael Brown you can definitely do well in the near western suburbs if you are patient.

We have a pretty intense traffic issue in Western Washington which likely won't be mitigated until out light rail system expands, and it's planned to be operational in the north end sooner.
