All they want to do is sell their course even if it doesn’t fit what I need/want What I need is a time to time consultation asking if what I am planning on doing makes sense or is there a better way of doing it I am getting the feeling they actually are nit as far along in their real estate journey and they portray themselves to be 

Second, know your goals (clearly and in as much detail as possible) and what you want to do down the line so that you and your mentor can be sure you're a good fit for one another.

It sounds like you're no longer happy here, so if you would like to break the lease and move to somewhere that better fits your criteria I would be willing to work with you on that. 

The great thing about Real Estate Investing is that its not a "One Size Fits All" situation.

I believe in fixed rules and procedures and then modifying the house to fit into that, rather than modifying the rules and procedures to fit the house. 

Hi BP community,Are there any particular areas in Alabama or the SE in general that you tend to see positive market trends that would be a good fit for an aspiring multi-family property investor?

DO NOT buy them a new one, just any old used one that fits in the space. 

I'm considering finding a single family home that would fit our family down the road, and buying it now to use as a rental until we're ready to relocate.
