Looking to get into Airbnb rental arbitrage

Hello everyone,

I’m 19 years old and new to the world of real estate. I’ve been studying the past few months, but I really want to take action now and jump straight into Airbnb (the rental arbitrage model). I’m willing to start small and scale slowly until I have more capital to better invest in my properties, but I don’t have the start up capital to do even that… any advice on how I can get funding ASAP?
I was thinking grants, partnerships, etc. but not too sure what my best option would be. And how I would pursue these avenues…

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
