However, that could be a problem if you have oil heat and there's only one oil tank or there is only one boiler/furnace for the entire building.Do you know the situation with meters and heating?

Im really hoping that their winterizing company did a good job because it has been a brutal winter here and there is oil burning furnace and hot water baseboard heat.

The reality is that running the AC in colder ambient temperatures doesn't allow the oil in the compressor to circulate as efficiently, therefor running the risk of damaging the condensing unit.
