The way you stumbled into notes reminds me of Bill Bartmann's book ''Bailout Riches''. 

I honestly wasn't looking to do this, but randomly stumbled into an off market deal from a craigslist transaction and could use some opinions on it since I'm really behind in studying this market since it was such a surprise.

I think when someone (like myself) stumbles on the SAFE act and how it could potentially affect a RE deal they're looking for a black or white answer.

Greetings to the BP Community,I am more than grateful to have stumbled upon this site which I have found to be an educational gem in a market that is so oversaturated with unhelpful tidbits that only exist to lure you to purchase help or guides usually for a minimum of $500 and I've seen marketing for help guides that run into the thousands.

I almost spent 10 grand on one of those online real estate mentor programs but luckily stumbled upon BP.com and have been learning non-stop ever since! 

I hate to tell you this, but if you think college is making you, it's because you are letting it...and you will stumble in REI.Why do you feel you want to go into REI?
