Inglewood has already seen a pretty steep increase in value the last few years, and the stadium may add too it, but I would still focus on cash flow rather than speculating that you can get out in 5 years with a ton of equity.With that said it is stil a great place to invest!

Hi Canesha,It's not always a "Bubble", sometimes in some places things just stagnate as is, and in some places we see a falling off the cliff effect.It could be a bubble, but I think people still remember the last one (and what caused it), and we won't have a bubble again until Gen-Z gets a good piece of the (speculative) ownership.I'm (((guessing))) we will have a (price and volume) falling of the cliff effect (with no bubble)--for how long is unclear.Then there is always the interest rate thing that the government uses to accomplish their goals too.

If they are talking about a bubble in DFW they're speculators and you should probably just pass on them or convince them to look at a longer horizon.
