It's not much of a balancing act, you just tell the truth - always.I expect we are going to start seeing changes to the laws to make wholesaling much harder, if not impossible, for the unlicensed masses in the near future.The Realtors have a very strong lobby.

You can invest passively in others' deals or in other asset classes outside of real estate and earn a similar return for much less work.As Jay mentioned, the strategy may change as you near retirement or critical mass and have already benefited from the accelerated returns due to leverage.None have mentioned appreciation.

Hopefully they don't all renew at the same time or you may have to hold back a bit to make sure that you don't have mass exodus.I have a friend who has been aggressive with keeping his properties at market, due to their superior quality and high demand area, it has done him well.
