Agent is bound to submit ALL offers to the seller who decides which to accept.FHA is biased towards SFRs, and not MFUs, so the agent is actually doing you a favor. 

Although I'm biased, I definitely think KW is a company everyone getting their license should at least interview with.

As you can see this is why I’m a bit biased. 

It may be emotional bias and/or being pushed by certain institutional funds and/or whole lot of other stuff. 

I'm a bit biased in this case because I volunteer in prison every Sunday and everyone I work with is a felon (and not just small time felons...the big guns...).

I'm a wholesaler so I'm biased here but there are hundreds of ways to find deals.

I've considered property management, but I haven't yet come across a company that impresses me - though to be fair I know that none of them will take care of the properties as well as I and I'm sure that this results in some bias.
