Anyone have any experience with Keller Williams?

I am looking for a brokerage to work for.  Keller Williams seems to have great commission splits and profit sharing.  Does anyone have any experience with them? Thanks!

Hi Lauren,

While some of the overall policies of a specific firm should be something to look at, you should be far more swayed by the Broker/Office Manager for the office you will specifically work for.

You should be asking questions of that person during your review of your options. Before hand, focus on the things you feel you most need from an office and bring up each and every item in an interview with that branch broker. Make sure you get a firm answer. If you are experienced and know the formula for your own success - great, you are further ahead of the game than 90% of other agents. If not, and you need to be able to try things out, find out what training will be provided to help you make those decisions.

Some managing brokers suck, regardless of what logo they have on their business card and you don't want to work with one of those.

Good Luck,

Robert
