Make a new account or try to post in separate forum styles etc.

Like, one of my colleagues mentioned on the post the insurance component has changed with the limited amount carriers providing coverage in the state. 

They usually handle finding tenants, collecting rent, maintenance, and posting notices/evictions.

Also, pick a farm area where you get to know that one particular area really well and focus on that in the beginning, also maybe try direct marketing, posting fliers in mailboxes to see if you get any bites.
