It's actually fairly straight forward to size your exhaust duct size / chimney liner if you can pull a tape on your exhaust run/rise and sum the btu/hr from the equipment you need to vent flue gas from.

If a resident has critical medical equipment operated by electricity, they can notify the utility company in advance.

Or will you just use for equipment and park on the street.

Maybe college students-- but if they are going to be paying $1,000, they may want a newer place with pool, exercise equipment.
