2020 looking kind of :(i was sposed to be on a cruise right now. 

I enjoy doing it nothing like blasting the music cruising down on a sunny day finding vacants I make a game out of it!

Then totally pick your vacation destination based on your emotions, without the extra burden of having to manage it when you're not there, and having to go back again next year even if you want to go somewhere else.That said, if nobody goes on vacation this year we may see a big sale in vacation rentals. 

Imo, it really is the journey and not the destination and I'd trade it all to be able to do it again (I'd have to be young again though - no deal on just starting over as of right now)  haha.Good luck and please update this thread with your decision as I'm sure your logic will help influence my own.

One of my goals is to put a camper on my old pickup and cruise around with my dog.  

Every Thursday night I take up to 30 minutes to cruise Craigslist and put the open unit info in my area in an Excel spreadsheet.  

Usually hard headed tenants like this (in my limited experience) somehow feel they are magically destined to stay in the place with rules that only apply to them that they dreamed up in their heads...so trying to negotiate or level with them, doesn't work.

It is heavily funded by big banks hedge fund moneys and destined to succeed.
