I have been researching (and applying), reading articles, listening to the BP Money Podcast and YouTube.

Isn't it funny how you can hear something or watch it on YouTube and think you have it all figured out.

Came across a YouTube channel of a couple who does foreclose property management and it made me think.

I look at his youtube videos and I just dont want to doubt him and crucify him based on my opinion.

I have only started looking into real estate, I have spent the last 2 months doing research and looking online with Youtube videos, podcasts and speaking with some friends who own their own home and have been renting to tenants.
