I was wondering if anyone knows of a title attorney or company in Western Massachusetts that knows about wholesaling real estate and everything that goes along with it.

Most of the time out in the western states, you just make the cashier checks payable to yourself and endorse the back if you are successful bidder, and you can vest in your name or name of your LLC with little questions asked.

We have a pretty intense traffic issue in Western Washington which likely won't be mitigated until out light rail system expands, and it's planned to be operational in the north end sooner.  

IMO violence in the media and therefore in western culture, along with other social dysfunction prevalent in society today, is a huge and unspoken part of the problem.
