Hi Everyone,

My buddy and I are diving in the San Antonio Texas market. We are effectively looking to flip homes &  brrrr properties if we can as well. Does any have any honest contractor & project managers they can refer. Since we are from California we need to establish an honest team. All help is appreciated =).

Thank you all for your help

How are you looking for properties that are below market price? Are you doing direct marketing? Please tell me that you are not using local wholesalers. They are getting crazy with what they say ARVs should be. Then they say that rehab is 10-15k when it needs roof, foundation, and it needs to be gutted.

Be careful!!
