I'm in several REIAs and am in leadership where I see what locals are doing.   

The thing that makes it difficult out there is not all programs are BS, not all conferences are a waste of time, etc. 

You both had enough motivation to attend one of these conferences so I'm sure attending a local REI would not be an issue.

Every conference I've attended sponsored by different mentors has a different vibe.

We had a similar problem about available space too. if its during the day my bank lets me use their conference room if its not in use.. 

A speaker at a wealth building conference advised us to set up Roth IRAs for our children early in their lives to take advantage of the longer compounding time until they reach retirement age. 

He is part of a virtual office so you can work out of your home, or use his conference rooms if you need. 

Hi @David Sharp, similar to @Andreas Mirza, we attend conferences and get referrals to asset managers and credible note brokers.

They get there because of their leadership and ability to prioritize objectives.- Most (not all) people can find superior cap rates in out of state.

And with recent tax legislation, there is less of a market to sell them (although I don't know if that will keep up given the fickle nature of our national leadership).
