@Beau M. in my experience as long as an engineer and architect have signed off on the integrity, construction type and process usually is not a big deal. 

That's exactly why I did SO much due diligence, flying all over the country at my own expense, etc. to ensure that this company has the utmost integrity and professionalism.I would hope that this post would end the debate once and for all but I'm sure it will wage on.

With so many options for CRM's out there, along with all of the third party apps to integrate, how did you choose the CRM you are using? 

At this time no, eLeasing is not an option due to the fact that there are 1000's of different leases depending on state and local regulations needed in a lease, but it is in the pipeline and something we are working hard at to create an integrated solution for.
