You will need a plumber, electrician, handyman, HVAC, etc, etc, etc.Work Smart, and hard and remember just because someone has a license doesn't mean they are a professional!

The reason why is that if and when you grow, you'll already have formed the network of handymen, plumbers, electricians, etc that you will absolutely need at a certain point.I'm by nature a DIYer, but that simply won't work on this scale with these properties while I have a full time job.
