You will need a plumber, electrician, handyman, HVAC, etc, etc, etc.Work Smart, and hard and remember just because someone has a license doesn't mean they are a professional!

@Sean Fisher I'm unaware of a service that does this but I agree it probably exists.What if you provided your tenant with a list of an approved electrician, plumber, and HVAC company instead?

The reason why is that if and when you grow, you'll already have formed the network of handymen, plumbers, electricians, etc that you will absolutely need at a certain point.I'm by nature a DIYer, but that simply won't work on this scale with these properties while I have a full time job.
