I'll forgive a lot to get to the meat of the presentation but at least half of his DVDs are of home-movie quality without any significant editing (expect meaningless pauses while he chats inaudibly with somebody in the room on the live DVDs, and the people asking questions are almost always inaudible).

Dark brown floors, white counter/cabinetry.I'm wondering if anyone has any good tips on how to take the pics, how to angle the camera, what modes to set them to, etc, and any computer software or websites I can use to edit, tweak, and enhance the photos to make them look spectacular.  

Is there an edit button that we can go back to?

I work in Los Angeles as a Reality TV Editor but spending 10-12 hours in an editing bay has not only killed my eyes but OPENED my eyes to realizing this is not what I want to do for the rest of my life.
