A couple of good books for starting out: Brandon Turners Book on Rental Property Investing is good, Rich Dad Poor Dad by Kiyosaki, ABC's of Real Estate Investing by Ken McElroy (I haven't read it but it is often recommended).Good luck and keep connecting with people - this is a relationship business!

In no way shape or form is the wording intended to be a vehicle where lenders can argue value with appraisers as, which ought to be obvious to any unbiased party, that would be a blatant act of impeding appraiser independence - an appraisal is not a debate.And by the way, the law reads "any person".
