@Bill Gulley and @Steve Babiak you guys are right, he does say wholesaling, but i was just curious on my end as far as buy and hold and also for other people that may be reading this, knowledge is a powerful thing if what is out there is understood correctly. especially in the context asked and for options that were not thought of.good to learn something every day

There was a lot of interest in the property and I understood that several offers had been made as I was told as much and saw several people look at the property after I left it.

She said she understood but at every chance she is has done the minimal amount of work or not done what she was required to do at all.

He also understood that the true value in the building could only be realized with proper management and he set about getting that into place.

A few times i've left them little notes with info to help them, but honestly have no idea if they understood or had someone help them read it.So far its working out ok, i haven't had any emergencies yet though (knock on wood).
