Will this space continue to grow or stay relatively the same as technology, social media, etc. continue to evolve?

I know a few amazing realtors who are technologically impaired but sell a ton of houses and who get lots of referrals  .

Or just being out of date with today's technology or layout. 

Now with social media & technology advancing I recommend all of you to look into this.

And then there is technology: client portal, online services like bill pay, use of online or other electronic means of closing transactions.

Technology is making these types of rentals much easier to operate.
