Since 2007 Yolanda has been educating herself as well as others when buying and/or selling Real Estate. Yolanda brings great experience and knowledge to any Real Estate Transaction. Yolanda is also a RE Investor and when it comes to help other RE investors, she knows many creative different ways to finance a RE Transaction from OPM to regular loans. Real Estate investing is business and it's all about making the numbers work.
Yolanda's Real Estate designations include the following: C-RIS, CIPS, TRC, GRI, ABR, CNE, SFR, CDPE, CREO, CDRS. She is also a Home Inspector and a Real Estate Educator.
Her past, prior to Real Estate includes International Management: Team Leading, Group Coordination, Project Management. Presales and PostSales Technical Support. Network Design and Architecture. Her Technical Expertise includes: Detailed knowledge of internetworking, in depth telecommunication concepts with an expertise in several protocols like ATM, IP, BGP, SMNP, IPSEC, QoS, VOIP and xDSL technologies.
Yolanda possesses proven technical and presentation skills used in communicating highly detailed information to diverse audiences at major corporations. Yolanda traveled all over the world for over 10 years providing seminars on new technologies to major world wide telecommunication companies.
Fluent and able to present IT technical material when delivering telecommunication seminars in Spanish, English, Italian, French, Portuguese and Basque.
