There is also some pricey technology that "listens" with a computer and sends them alerts if something is going down.

I just found the technology one.  

As an investor, lender, agent, broker....what are the technology tools (websites, apps, etc) that you have found make life easier/more profitable/more productive?

Also lack of detail in some respects of the mechanics of setting up the technology.

Maybe if there were more it would be worthwhile, could put more technology in, but for 22-24 units its not worth it.What I hate:1.
