I won't speculate on what a jury thinks, I'm not an attorney nor do I have much jury experience.Now, if Charlie wants to argue he's not required to give an APR or a timely notice of denial or that he has free reign to carry on his business unlike other lenders then I suppose he can go there.

From my observations of what is available on the market, the asking prices are either over-inflated (speculate emotional attachment) or simply not worth the investment (ei. older property, too much reno) for it to be a viable income property post renovations.Talking to some local agents, the vacancy is also very low making it harder for property sales to happen.

I compare amenities and features and it gives me ideas in which directions to move.It seems more and more of us are relying on websites that are running an algorithm that I believe, is less qualified then our own homework.As for running a fake ad, while I could speculate on problems that could rear themselves- the bottom line is that any of us with a nice unit to rent can tell you that we get a lot of attention, viewings, etc. that don't materialize.
