Hi @Kishan Patel, it could be worth considering a shot at a software solution built for DIY landlords (1 - 15 units) to bring some automation to the rental management process (just to make things much much easier for you).

Other than that, that would be a very good solution.

Only electricians can buy these items, and they have to be certified by the company to use it, which means it's a pretty costly solution.

Why isn't some clever capitalist coming up with a solution for this market gap!

Ask the PM what they would think is a fair solution.  

Try your best to uncover their situation, find out what problems they have, and close them if the solutions that you have to offer will solve their problems.
