I won't say it looks better or feels better, but it is cheap and it lasts.

I think happiness is overrated, being content is much more important and feeling accomplished.

I'm in Orlando and have a couple great contacts here that I personally use, not sure if they can operate in Delaware, but happy to provide their info.

Its "cash and carry" nature and reliance on personal connections create significant barriers to entry, especially for individual investors or newcomers.

@James Walker I would start with planning and zoning, assuming you've done that part and/or feel likely you can get it approved, then I would pay for a feasibility study from a neutral 3rd party. 

It protects personal items from fire, theft, or water damage and even includes liability insurance if someone gets hurt while staying at the rental.
