As a moderator, is there any way service providers on this forum can be vetted?.

I'm not convinced I can add enough value to make this worthwhile unless I am buying an at least moderately distressed property. 

What if is just a very moderate slowdown that rebounds back into very moderate/steady growth?

The impish side of me would love to encourage them to see how far they'll go, but the side of me that has respect for the job of the moderators to keep this a decent place just has me walk away. :)

That being said, it is based on the time of year (peak cooling and heating season are obviously much, much higher than the moderate times of the year).

Soon Joshua and Brandon asked if I'd moderate.

I’d love to see what was there BP moderators went overboard by removing some of the links completely, rather than just individual posts that broke rules.
