Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe he said in a podcast that the reason for the post is to get people to take a larger view and to remember to incorporate items that many overlook.

Brian Pulaski At initiating the contract, you can incorporate that the GC must disclose all the subs in a form you will provide (pretty much just a list with names and license numbers), and he will not be able to change the subs unless written approval by you.

There must have been a miscommunication because he filed articles of incorporation for a general stock corporation (form ARTS-GS).

I know...apples to oranges, but just understand that alot of contractors incorporate deposits in their business model.

One of the things I like about real estate is that I can incorporate that passion in my investing by providing safe and healthy housing as well as educate other investors on how to do the same.

I've studied marketing both on and offline for years as well as web/ graphic design.

Keep in mind startup costs, incorporation, and annual reports are expenses.
