Turnkeys from my short experience, are just short of a scam in most cases.We got one guy on here from indianapolis , that lies about the location(saying it's irvington,when it's not)  Then lies about the numbers, and using numbers that are high on rents for the area, and low on expenses.

Be careful of scams or just agents claiming to have a turnkey.Also, I am not 100% sure of how things work in New Zealand so none of this may apply.Good luck!

Just another scam!

I'm trying to buy a house but dont have alot money so im going try rent to own but dont wanna gets scam so where the best place to look

I just got off the phone with the victim of a scam on people looking for rent to own houses.Basically, this lady had started some 7 day trial with a company for finding rent to own homes.

I think the reason most of the people being called are so reluctant is that they are assuming everyone is trying to scam them.

Outside of real estate I work professionally within the Cyber Security realm and find fairly entertaining when dealing with malware or plain old email based scams :)

In fact, I did that for you on this company's CEO and found the original photo they took the photo they're using from:It was posted on a Romance scam website associated with the name "Frank Jostein".
