It’s the right thing to do, and we have gotten referral leads from people who we didn’t even actually help, because of this.Feel free to DM, hope this helps. the wholesalers like Offer pad etc that got VC money.. the main difference is they close on EVERYTHING and their reps are all licensed as required by law. 

your right I just have started to experience the new wholesalers  open door open pad and others.. they are licensed for real brokerages first off not a bunch of unlicensed beginners.. 

Plus, it would need a parking pad built. 

I have a list of 300I started to print my letters but I think the paper from the legal pads is to thin.Should i just use the plain white paper till I can find a better solution.

You are braking the law. no no  your COMPANY is breaking the law.

If you are using actual yellow sheets torn from a pad, that's 16lbs at the most, and I have terminally jammed many machines....I'd suggest switching to regular yellow paper and print the lines on it before blowing up a printer.Most DM companies will be willing to use any sort of envelope you are willing to pay for.

Our top office bought over 200 houses last year, so anything is possible, just have to have the right systems and staff support in place.also I got a add now that I am in Vegas from a company called I think OFFER PAD or something like that they have to be spending huge money on ad words etc..
