If you are going to make a business out of note investing, you are going to want to automate some things so you don't have to keep track of things manually. 

This is a decrease from my initial goal as I have decided to hold out for more profitable deals this year. 2) Build 1 new construction project. 3) Acquire 4 rental units that cash flow a minimum of $300/unit4) Mentor 1 new investor and help them complete their first profitable deal5) Acquire 2 new private money lenders for a total of $200k in investor funds6) Have my company featured in the local news7) Be interviewed 3 times and build my reputation as an expert in my real estate niche.8) Streamline and automate 30% of my daily business operations9) Be in the position for my company to donate $10,000 to a charity/organization 10) Stop simply talking about it and finally take my girl backpacking in Asian and EuropeSimple, measurable, attainable, reviewable, and time bound goals.

Based on my estimates I'd net about $500/month.At the same time, I'm wondering if the money would be better used for buying/starting a business assuming I could systemize/automate it as much as possible?

Does anyone in the group have extensive experience using list automator and exporting/importing Data and filtering marketing lists?

- What is your automation strategy especially cleaning scheduling and dealing with customer requests, esp. at midnight?

As such, I enjoy not doing nonsense work and automating anything that can be.Bills, rent collection, basic maintenance, etc., all gets automated in our business.As I begin to consider expanding our business away from A market SFR to B/C market MFH, I am curious what types of work others have found useful to shift to a VA?

On a separate note, if you are reading this thread and already have a long-term RV Park I'm working on a hardware/software to automate billing campers for electricity.
