I have a major issue with people want to escape the "rat race" of a high paying job to pursue a dream.

Look up the Whiskey Rebellion- Slavery- Civil War- Depressions Great and Small- World Wars including the internment of Americans for race (Japanese)  against their will without due process or redress

I hate debt, but life isn't a savings race to get to zero.     

It seemed like all ages, experience levels, races, and socioeconomic statuses were represented, which allows for a great learning atmosphere because there are ideas from all different perspectives.

I am not sure how long this has been going on but I checked the water meter and it was rolling like an F1 race car.

I'm just trying to be as proactive as I can, but I don't want to put the horse before the wagon so-to-speak.Any advice is welcome.

Don't put the cart before the horse- you should have a good idea of what these numbers should be before you start negotiating.
