A queen bed would only fit if you didn't have any furniture in there and you only needed a foot or two around the edges on all sides.Anyway, the property owner obviously didn't look at the property before the PM put it back up for rent.

@Sandra HoltI don’t know how much this applies to your market, but in mine, you have to factor concessions into your calculations.For example, I’m leasing a 11k sqft furniture showroom instead of buying largely because I was able to get $129k of concessions out of the Landlord.

I am a bleeding heart, so not a good landlord (tenants sucker me with their hardluck stories, and their cute little kids-- which of course they just use, I was actually buying junky tenant furniture, just so that they could pay me their rent, go figure) and I have a hard time charging too much interest, my husband on the other hand... hmmm, luckily, right now he just wants to flip!
