More modern systems support (i) storage of video stream in the cloud with some minimal automated analysis, and/or (ii) remote access of a video livestream, but someone needs to sit and watch for activity. 

I specialize in geeky tools, scaling fast and automation where another course may specialize in flipping and deal flow and another course may provide more information on marketing, etc. 

TurnoverB&B is a great option as well to find cleaners or to automate and connect the calendar with them.

But I wasn’t accounting for automated opener which is another $2500.
