They're likely just taking an average of all the other rentals in the area and then presumptiously putting that on yours, but you need to take into account the biggest factors that effect why people want to book a vacation rental, and from a lot of independent studies it ranked in order.1 Location2 Space3 Amenities Provided4 priceSo while joe schmoe down the road may be listing his him at $90 he has a worse location, smaller space and poor amenities, airbnb wont know that.

Now, we knew what to expect as we did an inspection prior to releasing them from the lease, communicated all that with the Section 8 program (they lost their voucher after their case worker so the video and the pictures), but still...I don't wont to be so negative and deny potentially "decent" people a good house to live in, but look at the pictures below!

And you wont be able to get it apprised/sold for what you are in.Overall, you are at the mercy of powers you don't control.

Get a second job waiting tables at a restaurant , you get food cheaper , now you wont starve .

Its not like lead paint that has been painted over and you wont know.

To make things worse that property the turnkey guy sold me turned out to be a dud and had horrible tenants that destroyed the place.

How can you prevent them from destroying/stripping the interior out of anger? 

Unfortunately, 11/22 wont work as that is opening weekend for deer hunting and hopefully I'll be busy.  

Anyways I'm going back and forth racking up legal fee's (first lawyer was referred to me by UDirect btw and has been awesome), so I go today to send in for another loan to somebody where I used the same loan agreement as I did the first time but changed dates and name and now I'm being told it wont go thru.  

It probably wont cashflow, and may never cashflow.
