Radon Rental Disclosure?

I have a property under contract that tested for Radon at 7 picos.  We are asking the sellers to install radon mitigation but I'm wondering what I will need to tell potential renters.  Is there a disclosure for radon similar to Lead?  Has this scared off any renters?

Since disclosures are probably location specific, this property is in Salt Lake County, Utah.
