It is hard to predict it but if you are trying, why not choose a city that has tons of jobs continuing to move there as well as a 50 year history of sustained growth.

I am curious to hear from real estate agents and flipper which business model is sustainable and scalable in the long run as both these professions are considered active income.

So I've never have liked Elk Grove's location relative to downtown Sacramento.Elk Grove for some time, EG has sustained a price point that I feel is unfounded based on what it has to offer.
