We do have a licensed broker on staff and our own construction company with a GC.

I now use a 3rd party eviction service that handles the entire process, including the use of their on staff attorney if need be.

FYI, most of the larger hard money companies have a broker on staff but it’s not hard to find an independent RE broker who will work for you on a deal-by-deal basis.

Tenants can pay their rent online, file maintenance requests, view their lease related documents, and also chat with our staff live 24/7.

Note it was not a law or even an executive order.

He is extremely busy and successful in his practice so it's not worth the hourly to deal with and there are not too many good property managers up there, actually none that I found unless you have enough properties to hire full time staff yourself.

Another great example is some of our larger property management clients require two Permissible Purpose codes so they can run tenant screening and employee credit checks for executives or those handling money.

My question is if there is a standard blank legal form out there to execute this transaction.
