The stained LVP and chipped granite might be normal wear and tear. 

Faded, chipped or cracked paint due to normal and expected wear of paint or deterioration of sheen over time.

If your property has lots of southern live oaks you need to factor in another $500-$800 every other year for tree trimmingAs for scorpions, spiders, snakes etc.

Chips and Salsa, Chinese food, burgers and beer, Chipotle.Would Goodwill be interested in renting it for storage of items awaiting going to the main stores?
